Bio:
In 1995 I moved to Medford Oregon. In 1998 I attended Bilmas Professional Art School. There I was encouraged by my art teacher to start my own business. With great enthusiasm, I launched into full time work as a Window illustrator/Muralist.
Over the next nine years I went from designing Business logos, to sign painting for food menu art & product sales, and to Four Seasons/Holiday window motifs for business & residences in & out of the Rogue Valley & state. I've completed many Home Décor Faux finishes and Murals in churches, children rooms, and homes in Medford, Klamath Falls and Coos Bay. I've worked for Best Western Hotels in & out of state, and I've had several commissions of Mural Art & Panels for private collectors. I've been recognized & awarded by the Heart of Medford for my window paintings and for beautifying downtown businesses.
Within the last year, I opened an Art Studio on the Westside of Medford, today I am creating works of art in oil painting and having Gi'clee prints reproduced. The last 3 yrs I have been an active participant and supporter with The Christian Masterpiece Artists Conf. at the Box R Ranch in Ashland, Oregon.
The last 5 yrs I've participated in "Art along the Rogue" , this year I was been chosen to be Grants Pass "Featured Artist", and chosen to do it again in 2009.
Artist's Statement:
I have a passion for Art. I believe "ART IS A NECESSITY." The eyes are the 'Windows of the Soul'- The beauty you take in through your eyes truly has an impact upon the inner person…. As an artist I believe in helping promote the common good of businesses and people alike. Bringing awareness of the importance of the necessity of its impact on our culture.
